Vivek Kulkarni
Founder & Managing Director
Vivek Kulkarni, as Managing Director, provides strategic leadership and designs the portfolios of services. With a vision to enhance customer experience and bring in the value proposition Vivek is keen about timely executions. He has nearly three decades of global experience in the Process Plants and IT services industry. He is a member BNI Elites chapter, Pune.
He has a vast experience in Business Analysis, team building and management, Sales, Marketing and Business Development, Project Management and conceptual as well as functional strategies implementations. He has developed web applications and products for various functions including Inventory management, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resources Management, Library Management and Financial management.
By qualification Vivek is a plastic engineer and has technical experience in production and operation of process plants. He is an analytical thinker which made him switch his career from process plants to world of Information Technology.
Vivek has acquired IT training and programming skills from industries leading education and training institution C-DAC, ACTS, Baramati Centre.
He has completed his schooling and Engineering from Nasik. He loves travelling, reading, and is also a creative writer and blogger.
Shruti Kulkarni
Co-Founder & Marketing Director
Shruti Kulkarni, as Director Marketing, brings in an experience in Marketing, Sales and Business Development, as well as Digital Marketing. She has co-founded and head the Marketing division and Technical Support division of leading Institutions and IT organization. She is a creative thinker, who plans, builds and implements marketing strategies for products, solutions and services.
Shruti is a passionate nature enthusiast and her love and inclination for natural habitat and curiosity has engrossed her into learning and researching nature, traditional lifestyles and sustainable living. She has created a mission namely “The Sustainable Era” which aims at consistently providing eco-friendly necessary day to day essential items at the doorsteps.
The overall objective is to enjoy the life free from plastic, pollution and live in greener and give a better world to the next generation. She is a member of BBNG, Pune.
Shruti is also a good communicator, talks about her mission on various forums and have met nature enthusiast, farmers and rural women entrepreneurs through her journey who have partnered her mission.
She has lived her childhood in vibrant Gujarat and graduated in Economics. She is fond of reading, travelling and exploring nature, music and socializing with people.
Kirti Wagh
Research & Creative Head
Kirti Wagh, as Research & Creative Head , leads the UI UX Services in the organisation. She established the roots of UI UX by inculcating the flavour of User Experience in all the projects & products. She also helped in re-visiting and re-defining the other services, strategies and processes to meet the latest industry standards.
Kirti has over two decades of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry handling technical, team and project management responsibilities. She has managed and motivated design teams and groomed their skills to become design leaders.She has also contributed in building frameworks and aggregators to optimise and increase efficiencies of development.
Her domain knowledge spans across Asset Management, Human Capital Management, Edu-Tech, Healthcare, E-commerce and Fashion.
